Shipping/International Orders
• As these are hand-crafted items please allow
up 6 - 8 weeks for delivery of a customized item. If you need something
quickly please call us to ascertain whether we can meet your deadline.
• To make a purchase from outside the Italy for overseas shipment
contact us by phone or e-mail.
• We ship your purchases to you worldwide via air, sea and/or
land depending on your location. All shipments are fully insured,
professionally packed and crated, and typically arrive within ten
to twelve business days of receipt of payment.
• We can calculate the shipping charges and any additional handling
or taxes that might apply. Shipping costs vary by weight, size, and
destination, but are quite reasonable. To provide an estimate, we
need to know which item(s) are to be shipped and the destination city
and (if in the United States) the zip code.
• If you agree to the additional shipping cost then you may place
your order with us: unfortunately we cannot accept returns on overseas
orders.

We use the information you supply through this web site solely to reply to your requests. Your information is never sold or shared, and you will never receive junk e-mail ("spam") as a result of providing information through this web site.
Return Policy
You may return any purchase made through
our website within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Work that has been custom-ordered is
not returnable. We cannot accept returns on overseas orders.
To return an item please:
1. Before
you return a product, e-mail to info@francoermarmista.com
2. If the item has been damaged in transit
please notify us immediately and keep the original packaging for a
five-business day period in case the carrier requires an inspection
of the parcel and the damage that occurred. This step is necessary
for an insurance claim.
3. Repack the item in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to the address provided

5. Insure the item to its full value
We will only pay
for return shipping on goods that are defective or shipped in error.
You will be credited for the cost of the item within 7 days of receipt of your return. You will not be credited for the cost of shipping the item to you, unless the item was either defective or shipped to you in error.
Please keep in mind that as a small company we can only maintain our reasonable pricing and level of service with the help of our customers. Frivolous returns are costly, and we would prefer that if you have any doubts as to whether you will like the item that you are ordering, step back and take some time before ordering. If you need larger photographs of specific items we can normally provide you with these.
